Kids Entertainment Platform
Started as a single VOD product. Grew into a multi-brand platform serving multiple global animation franchises — each with custom monetisation logic on a shared foundation.
01
The premise
Every animation franchise wants its own product: its own identity, its own audience relationship, its own commercial logic. Nobody wants to build and run a separate platform for each. The answer is architectural: one shared foundation carrying the product mechanics, and a brand layer carrying everything the audience actually sees — identity, content structure, and the monetisation scenario behind it.
A note before the detail: none of the franchises are named on this page. In this vertical, NDA is not a formality — it is the deal.
A decade of consumer products on a single architectural playbook.
02
Multi-brand architecture
The shared core does the undifferentiated heavy lifting once, for every brand. On top of it, each franchise runs as its own product: its own identity, its own catalogue logic, its own commercial rules — launched without rebuilding the machine underneath. That is what let a single VOD product become a portfolio, and what keeps every new brand cheaper to launch than the one before it.
03
The commercial engine
Monetisation is not an afterthought bolted onto playback — it is the platform’s second architecture. Paywall scenarios and behavioural targeting run per brand on shared rails; analytics for retention, conversion and engagement feed straight back into the monetisation logic. The commercial engine behind every brand on the platform is the same engine, tuned differently.
04
AI characters, fenced
The platform’s AI layer gives franchises conversational characters — with controlled personality, a bounded dialogue scope, and brand-safety constraints as hard limits, not guidelines. A custom CMS manages each character’s context and voice, so the licensor — not the model — defines who the character is and what it may talk about. In a product for children, the boundaries are not a compliance detail. They are the product.
THE CHARACTER SPEAKS. THE CONSTRAINTS DECIDE WHAT IT MAY SAY.
05
Where it stands
Ten years on, the platform still ships. Featured placements in the App Store and Google Play, and millions of users worldwide across its lifetime — a consumer track record that few NDA portfolios can show in public numbers, and this page deliberately shows no more than that.
Outcome
Featured in App Store and Google Play. Millions of users worldwide across the platform’s lifetime.

The franchises change. The architecture doesn’t have to.
