Behavioural AI characters

Kids Entertainment Platform — characters with controlled personality, dialogue scope, and brand-safety boundaries. Designed for interaction at scale, not demo videos.

Predictive analytics

Enterprise Medical Platform — performance forecasting and behavioural pattern detection in environments where wrong predictions cost real money.

We treat AI as a functional product layer — designed with the same rigour as the rest of the system.

AI agents are part of how we work — research, exploration, boilerplate. The interface, architecture, and shipped product are assembled and verified by us. Final accountability stays human.

What started as a basic CRM became the operational backbone of one of the country’s largest private medical networks.

We grew the system as the business grew — module by module, integration by integration. Today the platform unifies what used to be seven separate tools into one interface.

Architecture for 10+ user roles with adaptive workspaces — one employee can hold multiple roles, the system adapts.

Third-party medical systems integrated via API: lab data, research, financial records, operational data — surfaced in one place.

Field operations module with route control for distributed teams.

A platform that replaces hours of cross-site research with one dialogue. The user describes what they want — the system delivers a confirmed itinerary.

GPT-based conversational layer — collects preferences in dialogue, recommends real options, handles end-to-end checkout.

Real-time integration with OTA aggregators via API: actual availability and pricing, not stale data.

Custom CMS for tour and excursion operators to manage their own offerings.

End-to-end commerce: accommodation, tours, and excursions in a single mixed cart, single checkout.

04 — HOW WE WORK

How we work.

Every engagement follows five stages. We don’t skip them. We don’t ship designs without architecture.

Discovery

We map the existing system before we propose changes. Users, roles, data flows, integrations, business constraints. Two to four weeks, depending on system complexity.

Architecture

Product structure resolved on paper: modules, navigation, role separation, integration points. Every interface decision downstream depends on this stage being right.

03

Design

UX flows and UI detail developed against the architecture. Components designed as part of a system, not as isolated screens.

Development sync

We work alongside engineering teams — client’s or ours — through implementation. Design systems live in production, not in Figma.

05

Launch and long form

Shipping is the middle of the engagement, not the end. Products we build stay in production for years. We stay through the evolution.
