Travel Discovery Platform
A platform that replaces hours of cross-site research with one dialogue. The user describes what they want — the system delivers a confirmed itinerary.
01
The premise
Planning a trip is a research job nobody applied for: a dozen tabs, three aggregators, and prices that change before the comparison is finished. The platform collapses that work into one dialogue. The user describes the trip in their own words; the system asks what matters, assembles real options, and returns an itinerary that can be booked on the spot.
Most AI travel tools stop at recommendations. This one goes to a paid mixed cart.
02
The conversational layer
A GPT-based layer runs the dialogue: it collects preferences, narrows options, and handles the path to checkout. The architectural decision that makes it a product rather than a demo is the boundary between talking and knowing. Every recommendation is grounded in live OTA data — actual availability and pricing via API, not model memory. The conversational layer proposes; the commerce layer confirms availability and price before anything reaches the cart.
THE MODEL TALKS. THE DATA DECIDES WHAT EXISTS.
03
Commerce, end to end
Most travel AI hands the user off at the decisive moment — a list of links and a wish of good luck. Here the transaction completes inside the platform: accommodation, tours and excursions in a single mixed cart, one checkout. Different suppliers, different inventory systems, one payment.
04
The operator side
Supply has its own product: a custom CMS where tour and excursion operators manage their own offerings — inventory, pricing, availability — feeding the same live data the conversational layer draws from. The dialogue is only as good as the catalogue behind it.
05
Where it stands
Accommodation booking is live. Tours and excursions launch this year. Third year of the engagement — the platform grows module by module, on the same architectural discipline as every long-term engagement in this studio.
Outcome
Accommodation booking live. Tours and excursions launching this year.

The measure of an AI travel product isn’t the conversation. It’s the confirmed booking.
