The premise
Complex platforms are not deliverables with an end date; they are systems that outlive the trends they were built in. We design and engineer for the decade, not the launch: architecture that grows module by module, documentation that survives personnel changes, decisions that assume the product will still be running ten years on.
AI has not changed this premise. It has raised the price of ignoring it — a model bolted onto a fragile system inherits the fragility and adds its own.

AI integration, as method
Every AI engagement starts with the same lens: where would a model change how the product works — and where would it only add cost? Most products need two or three integrations, not a backlog of them. Finding those two or three is analysis, not enthusiasm.
One architectural rule runs through all our AI work: the model proposes, the system decides. On the medical platform, the AI layer analyses and forecasts on a deterministic foundation — and the model never sees a patient name. On the travel platform, the conversational layer runs the dialogue, but live inventory data decides what exists. Boundaries first, capability second: that is the difference between an AI product layer and a demo.

Two principals, a senior network
You work with the people who do the work. Dmytro Skoropad leads product strategy, discovery and design direction; Igor Ratsun leads system architecture, backend engineering and AI integration. Senior specialists join per engagement where the scope requires them — no permanent bench, no juniors learning on your product, no account layer between you and the answer.

How an engagement runs
It starts with a discovery call — an hour on your system, your constraints, and the decision you are trying to make. From there, two doors. When the question is still open — what, if anything, should we build — the fixed-scope AI Integration Readiness Assessment answers it in two weeks. When the build is already the decision, an engagement begins: from €80,000, long-horizon, grown module by module in production, without rewrites. Three of our engagements have passed the ten-year mark.
